Main tasks

  • Processing of primary documentation: receiving, checking and recording incoming invoices from contractors;
  • Communication with counterparties: conducting business correspondence by email, promptly requesting missing or correctly executed documents;
  • Document flow control: receiving, verifying and archiving closing documents;
  • Working in ERP systems: uploading data and documents to several internal accounting and management systems;
  • Payment management: identifying the reasons for blocking payment accounts and taking the necessary actions to unblock them in a timely manner;
  • Interaction with departments: coordinating work with internal departments to confirm services rendered or goods delivered.

We are on the same track if

  • Confident PC + MS Office user;
  • Basic knowledge of primary accounting would be an advantage;
  • Diligence, logical thinking, high attention to detail, responsibility, quick learning, accuracy when working with numbers and documents, competent business correspondence, strict adherence to standards and teamwork;
  • Fluency in Russian and English (A2+), knowledge of Lithuanian, Polish or other foreign languages is an advantage.
