Main tasks

  • Responding to candidates who apply through job advertisements
  • Managing the full recruitment from the initial contact to the to the candidate’s first day (excluding document processing)
  • Communicating with the department head on recruitment-related matters
  • Preparing reports on recruitment performance and outcomes
  • Support candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process, including providing updates on procedures and requirements.

We are on the same track if

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Fluent in Russian; Georgian language skills are an advantage.
  • Higher education
  • Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills
