Obowiązki

  • Review and analyze tender documentation and client requirements;
  • Prepare cost calculations and logistics proposals;
  • Report to senior management on the effectiveness of submitted proposals;
  • Maintain and update the tender and proposal database;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate proposal preparation;
  • Communicate with colleagues across different offices.

Wymagania

  • You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • Speak English fluently (B2 level or higher) and conversational Russian;
  • Communicate confidently and learn quickly;
  • Stay organized, responsible, and perform well under pressure;
  • Are proficient in MS Excel and Word;
  • Can analyze documentation and handle large amounts of information with attention to detail;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • No previous experience is required.
