Obowiązki

  • Accounts receivable management: monitoring payment deadlines and dealing with late payments;
  • Customer communication: preparing and sending out debt notifications, conducting reconciliations;
  • Analytics: identifying the reasons for payment delays and preparing regular reports;
  • Working in ERP: maintaining interaction history and recording data in the system;
  • Interacting with other departments of the company.

Wymagania

  • Proficiency in Russian and English (B2), knowledge of German or other foreign languages would be an advantage;
  • Willingness to work full 8-hour days from Monday to Friday in the office;
  • Confident PC + MS Office user, able to work with large amounts of information and strictly adhere to deadlines;
  • Knowledge of one of the following processes: Dunning, experience with accounts receivable, monitoring payment deadlines and working with overdue invoices, preparing and sending payment reminders;
  • Stress resistance, responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills;
  • Perseverance, ability to work with large amounts of data, both in a team and independently.
