职责

  • Receiving, verifying, and processing incoming invoices and credit notes;
  • Verifying the accuracy of details, amounts, and taxes in documents;
  • Handling business correspondence with counterparties (requesting missing or corrected documents);
  • Entering data and uploading documents into corporate systems;
  • Preparing for and participating in month-end closing procedures;
  • Coordinating with internal departments to confirm services rendered and deliveries made.

要求

  • You are сonfident PC and MS Office user;
  • You are ready to work full-time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • You are diligent, logical thinker with strong attention to detail, responsible, and a quick learner;
  • You are fluent in Russian;
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with large datasets;
  • You are good communicator, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
