职责

  • Administer employee leave and vacation requests.
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Provide HR-related guidance and support to employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain HR documentation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including communication with government authorities and insurance institutions.
  • Work with the company’s internal ERP system.
  • Liaise with government authorities on matters related to HR administration.

要求

  • You speak Czech at B2 level or higher, English at B1 level, and fluency in Russian;
  • You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • You are stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details;
  • You are well-organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible.
