The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transport management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational success while ensuring exceptional service for clients and partners.

Основні завдання

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations within freight forwarding, including shipments, customs, and logistics processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Develop strategies to optimize operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Handle escalations and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery.

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transport logistics or a related field;
  • Knowledge of English/Czech languages;
  • Team management and leadership;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions under pressure;
  • High-level communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
