Основні завдання

  • Process bank statements and accurately record transactions in the accounting system;
  • Review, reconcile, and close payment advices;
  • Identify and allocate incoming payments;
  • Process and maintain factoring-related documentation;
  • Perform account reconciliations and offset transactions;
  • Post accounting journal entries in the ERP/accounting system;
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different offices and departments..

  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Have no prior experience or have previous experience in accounting or finance (considered an advantage);
  • Have basic English proficiency (A1 level) and are fluent in Russian;
  • Pay close attention to detail and have strong organizational skills;
  • Can work accurately with large volumes of data;
  • Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and have strong communication skills.
