  • Building the correct sales strategy.
  • Building an effective team.
  • Construction and creation of the correct compensation plans, territories and quotas.
  • Making effective forecasts.
  • Motivating the Team
  • Tracking revenue against goals.
  • Resolving conflicts.
  • Training and coaching of sales representatives.
  • Managing processes that lead to sales growth.

Reikalavimai

  • You speak English and Czech languages.
  • Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office.
  • Stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details, willing to work for results.
  • Have experience in building sales strategies and managing a team in transport logistics for at least 2 years.
  • Communicative, able to work in a team and independently.
