职责

  • Add new subcontractors and update carrier profiles in the ERP system;
  • Verify and maintain compliance documents;
  • Investigate potential fraud cases and assess fake-subcontractor risks;
  • Create supplier profiles, enter and update bank details, contact persons, and core data in the ERP system;
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and assign risk scores;
  • Implement and maintain Know Your Customer/Carrier (KYC) procedures;
  • Prepare carrier liability statements and monitor secure/high-risk parking locations.

要求

  • You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • Have experience working with Transportation Management Systems or claims management systems;
  • Are proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and are confident in preparing and maintaining official documentation;
  • Speak English fluently (B2 level or higher), knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;
  • Are resilient under pressure, results-driven, quick to learn, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical thinking skills;
  • Have a good understanding of transport dispatching, fleet management, ADR regulations, and customs procedures for cross-border transportation.
