Основні завдання

  • Optimization, standardization, and control of HR processes;
  • Automation of current processes and work with HR metrics;
  • Implementation of new internal policies and regulations;
  • Project management within the HR department;
  • Working in the internal ERP system;
  • Communication with employees from different offices.

Нам по дорозі, якщо

  • You are fluent in Russian and Georgian;
  • You have at least 3 years of HR experience (knowledge of Georgian labor legislation is mandatory);
  • You are ready to work a full 8-hour working day from the office, Monday to Friday;
  • You have skills in process automation and HR documentation management;
  • You are stress-resistant, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized;
  • You have knowledge of HR processes and project management.
