Verantwortungs­bereiche

  • Maintaining processes for medical and social insurance of employees.
  • Entering data into the system on the beginning and end of unpaid leave and sick leave.
  • Registration of hiring and dismissal of employees.
  • Maintaining an archive of documents and monitoring their relevance.
  • Processing applications for paid leave and sick leave.
  • Receiving, sorting and registering incoming mail.
  • Ordering and accounting for office supplies.
  • Assistance in organizing corporate events and holidays.

Anforderungen

  • You have confident PC skills (MS Excel, ERP systems).
  • Multitasking, independent, responsible, stress-resistant.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving, time-management and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, patience and a proactive attitude.
  • Speak Russian В2, Slovak A2, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
