Hegelmann Special Transporte Launches New Inloader Fleet Project Across Europe

We are delighted to announce a new, long-term project at Hegelmann Special Transporte. Our team has begun operating eight heavy-duty trucks equipped with inloader-type semi-trailers, designed to transport concrete wall elements from factories to construction sites. This project is currently running smoothly and demonstrates our continuous expansion in special transport solutions.

Inloader trailers stand out from conventional oversized transport trailers because they allow us to carry tall but narrow loads up to 3.70 meters in height without requiring additional permits anywhere in the EU. Their unique design provides an empty internal space where products packed on special pallets can be loaded vertically. The trailers’ rear doors open, and the trailer can be hydraulically lowered to the ground, allowing for fast and safe loading. Cargo is secured using hydraulic arms, ensuring maximum stability during transport.

These trailers are ideal for a variety of prefabricated products, including reinforced concrete walls, metal sheets, and other tall concrete structures. The ability to transport high, narrow items safely and efficiently significantly speeds up the logistics process while minimizing operational risk. Certain products can only be transported using inloader trailers, making them an indispensable solution for many construction and industrial clients.

Our first major project with inloaders is currently underway, transporting concrete elements from factories in Poland to construction sites in Germany. With these new trucks and inloader trailers, we can offer clients precise, safe, and efficient transport services throughout Europe. The combination of faster loading and unloading, secure handling, and no need for oversize permits ensures a smoother and more reliable supply chain.
