Verantwortungs­bereiche

  • Driver Payments: Calculate and process drivers’ business trip expenses and related payments.
  • Driver Communication: Maintain day-to-day communication with drivers and promptly address their requests and inquiries.
  • Internal Coordination: Cooperate with the HR Department, Technical Department, Transport Coordinators, and other internal teams.
  • Financial Control: Manage cash operations, monitor financial transactions, and process invoices, including their verification, approval, and accurate record-keeping.
  • SIM Card Administration: Monitor and maintain records of company-issued SIM cards and their usage.

Anforderungen

  • You speak Russian and English at B1 or higher, and Czech at A2 or higher; 
  • You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • You are stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details;
  • You are communicative, able to work in a team and independently.
