Verantwortungs­bereiche

  • Monitor and handle cargo damage cases;
  • Review and verify transport documentation;
  • Calculate damage amounts and additional costs;
  • Prepare and issue formal claim correspondence;
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, clients, and insurance companies;
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely resolution of cases;
  • Enter and maintain data in corporate systems;
  • Analyze root causes of damages and support preventive actions;
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and procedures;
  • Prepare reports on claims and financial losses;
  • Cooperate with billing teams on claim-related matters.

Anforderungen

  • You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • Have experience working with Transportation Management Systems or claims management systems;
  • Are proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and are confident in preparing and maintaining official documentation;
  • Speak English fluently (B2 level or higher), knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;
  • Are resilient under pressure, results-driven, quick to learn, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical thinking skills;
  • Have a good understanding of transport dispatching, fleet management, ADR regulations, and customs procedures for cross-border transportation.
