One of the strongest examples of this strategy is Hegelmann Hub in \u017barska Wie\u015b, located near the Polish-German border. The company invested over PLN 180 million in developing this modern truck transport centre, which combines vehicle servicing, parking facilities, a hotel, a gym and operational infrastructure. This long-term commitment is reflected in the company’s workforce, where every fifth driver has been with Hegelmann for more than five years. In 2025, Hegelmann Transporte received the CSR Award in the Community Engagement category for operating the Charity Point for Families in Need in Cz\u0119stochowa.
