• Lead and manage the Expedition Team to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations within freight forwarding, including shipments, customs, and logistics processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Develop strategies to optimize operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Handle escalations and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to foster growth and improve performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery.

You have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport logistics;
• Proven track record in team management and leadership;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions under pressure;
• High-level communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
