Obowiązki

 

Main tasks

  • Follow actual task for preloading trucks to necessary for us regions;
  • Looking for the loads on platforms;
  • Correct route creation for the trucks;
  • Correct understanding reports and today’s market policy;
  • Negotiating prices, terms of loading and delivery with clients;
  • Close cooperation with Tracking and Planning Department
  • Checking situation with confirmed orders, solving problems on the loading, delivery and on the way;
  • Communication with customers regarding all updates

Secondary tasks

  • Attentive review and adjustment of order terms and conditions;
  • Communication with different departments regarding problem-solving (claims, invoices, payment monitoring);
  • Training activities..

Wymagania

  • Ability to speak Chinese at B2 level – prerequisite.
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ability to handle situations under time pressure;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
