Main tasks

  • Solving operational issues with lawyers, banks, insurance companies, car services, auditors, government agencies.
  • Current control of the provision of services, approval of payment.
  • Solving operational problems to minimize risks for the company.
  • Daily communication with both local and global teams.
  • Analysis and evaluation of data, generation of reports.
  • Identification, evaluation and analysis of operational needs in accordance with the internal policies of the company.

We are on the same track if

  • Speak Slovak and English.
  • Have experience related to ensuring the daily operation of the company.
  • Know how to plan, process large information volumes, manage projects, determine the deadlines for completing tasks, cope with multitasking, knowledge of time management.
  • Have driver’s license and driving practice
  • Have the ability to conduct various negotiations, the ability to resolve disputes and resolve conflicts, work with claims, respond to objections
  • Stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details, willing to work for results.
  • Communicative, able to work in a team and independently.
