Main tasks

  • Drive and oversee sales activities, including preparing detailed quotations for customers.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer portfolios to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Capture and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
