    You support our disposition team in the operating day-to-day business, you are the designated contact person for our customers.     • Booking ferries / tunnels
    • Complain management
    • Translating

    • QM System admin

    Requirements:

    • Able to work on an international and multilingual environment
    • Advanced (B2) English or German skills is a must
    • Logistic knowledge preferred
