Main tasks

  • Maintaining internal records of fuel cards.
  • Ordering and blocking fuel cards as required.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the Refueling + Driver App program.
  • Updating information about fuel cards and telematics boxes in the corporate ERP system.
  • Keeping records of company tablets.
  • Providing onboarding and technical briefings for drivers.
  • Communicating with colleagues from other offices.
  • Assisting the Senior Transport Manager and acting as a substitute when necessary

We are on the same track if

  • You have a category B driving license (an advantage).
  • You have confident PC skills (MS Excel, ERP systems).
  • Multitasking, independent, responsible, stress-resistant.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, patience, and a proactive attitude.
  • Speak Russian and English fluently.
