Main tasks

  • HR Administration: Preparing employment contracts, orders, amendments, and other related HR documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Scanning, registering, organizing, and maintaining documents in the electronic archive.
  • Data Management: Timely entering, updating, and auditing the accuracy and relevance of information in the CRM system and spreadsheets.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Providing full administrative support throughout the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

We are on the same track if

  • You speak Slovak at А2 level or higher and fluency in Russian;
  • You are ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office;
  • You are stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details and and have good time-management skills;
  • You are well-organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible.
